 Mesh Mixer Original Concepts New Concept   After the breakout rooms, I decided to hone in on my cupcoke design because my group members liked the comedic concept for the design and it had a bit of room to reform. My main focus was swapping out the can for a bottle to make the silhouette way more clear at communicating the idea. I also added birthday candles to drive home the cupcake idea as I thought it still wasn't clear enough with just the wrapper. The model I initially downloaded was very low res I fixed this by using the smooth tool in sculpting to made the low poly less visible. I also bumped up the contrast in the colours so it's easier to tell everything apart. Some other good suggestions that I got were to: Work on the foot boot by adding a second foot with a different shoe on it then smooth out the model. The pencil holder, by swapping both models and adding more pens/pencils for variety. And the guitar knife which I would have just put a big focus on making the mod...

 02 MESH MASHUP: Concept Generation. Tinker Cad Mashup Concepts     Remix culture is the modern idea where media is designed to be consumed but also to be modified and manipulated. The most prominent example of remix culture would be in modern music with most new albums having a slew of samples and obvious inspiration from other creators. One of my favourite examples of this is a recent album ive been listening to titled 'Since I Left You' by The Avalanches, it is an album that is about 90% samples and 10% original music to connect the samples and form a more coherent and consistant sound. Object 1: Foot Boot The point of this mashup was purely comedic, to flip the idea of wearing shoes on its head and show a shoe wearing a foot. Object 2: Books on Wheels Object 3: Pencil Holder For this mashup I wanted to juxtapose the sinister aura associated with the skull, and mix it with something as common and innocent as a pen holder.
